Hello everyone!

I am Ms. Davis and I teach 8th grade math and science and this is my fifth year as an educator. My passion for teaching is built on establishing meaningful and positive connections with my students by maintaining a nurturing and inviting classroom environment. I am a proud Midway Alum myself and am thrilled to be educating students where I once was years ago. I received a B.S. in Environmental Science with a concentration in Biological Conservation, and a minor in Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as received my teaching license through NC State. When I am not teaching, I love to spend quality time with my family and golden retriever, Tobey, shark tooth hunting, boating/fishing, seeing old friends, and reading a good book!
