Hello Roseboro-Salemburg Middle School community, students, staff, and parents!

The goal of RSMS is to help every child develop academically, achieve their creative potential, explore technology, and encourage a love for learning. We will strive to build a community of students who are encouraged to make good choices, encouraged to display good character, display trustworthiness and respectful behavior to all. RSMS will be strengthened by the support and partnerships we have with our parents, the community and our students. #Leopards L.E.A.D.

Assistant Principal - Dr. Tina Mitchell

Dr. Tina Mitchell is a proud native of Selma, AL. I earned my Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership from Fayetteville State University in 2023. At age 17, I joined the United States Army and served honorably as a Dental Assistant, specializing as an oral maxillofacial and surgery assistant. I proudly served for six years in the United States and abroad. I'm married to Emerson Emon Mitchell and have two sons, Elijah and Jadon. My education journey started by earning a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Elementary Education from Fayetteville State University in 2010. I continued my studies by earning my Master's Degree with magna cum laude honors in School Administration from Fayetteville State University in 2018. I have worked in education for 13 years as a teacher and assistant principal. This journey was not easy, but all things are possible to him who believes. I'm thankful for everything and look forward to making more marks in history by changing the world one student, teacher, parent, and guardian at a time. Every student deserves a chance to win.
