Due to poor secondary road conditions throughout the county, all Sampson County Schools will continue to operate on a remote learning schedule for Friday, January 24 for students and staff. Students should continue working on their class assignments and be ready to turn their assignments in when schools reopen. Additionally, all athletic games and other school events are canceled.
All employees must document seven and a half hours of work time before or after the regular scheduled working hours and submit to their supervisors before May 31st, 2025 to document the time made up for the missed school day tomorrow. Staff have the option to take annual leave if they choose not to make up their time.
