The curriculum department provides support for eighteen schools in Sampson County serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grades. The department is responsible for administering the instructional programs of the district, updating curriculum and working with teachers, principals and instructional specialists to provide a strong, comprehensive educational program. Department staff are dedicated to giving every student the best possible education through services and programs designed to meet the needs of all students.
Support areas include Elementary and Secondary Principals and Assistant Principals, Instructional Specialists, Special Education, Bilingual Programs, Gifted & Talented Education, Fine Arts, Early Childhood, Special Programs, and more.
