Personnel

The Sampson County Schools Personnel Department works to provide an environment that both serves and empowers employees.  A full range of personnel services are provided to SCS employees and future employees.  These services include, but are not limited to, recruitment, beginning teacher support, new employee induction, workers' compensation, benefits education, records management, licensure support, employee evaluations, substitute management, professional development, the district improvement plan and FMLA administration.

Our department consists of the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel Services, the Director of Beginning Teachers, Recruitment & Retention and Teacher Support and the Licensure Specialist.  We are here to support all members of the SCS family.
